Taste & Tribute San Francisco 2010

On Friday, November 19th, 220 guests joined us at the Four Seasons Hotel, San Francisco for an evening of fine dining, camaraderie, and shared commitment to a project that has supported the free distribution of nearly 3 million traditional texts -- an unprecedented effort to rebuild and preserve Tibetan culture. Twenty-two celebrated chefs worked in pairs to prepare exquisite four-course tableside creations.

This year we were pleased to offer a unique vegetarian option created by acclaimed chef James Syhabout. Carefully selected fine wines accompanied each course. Live and silent auctions offered the chance to bid on unique getaways, Tibetan art, and other one-of-a-kind items. All proceeds support the distribution of texts at the upcoming World Peace Ceremony in Bodh Gaya, India, February 2011.
