TAP volunteers are committed to offering you quality items and want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If you are not satisfied with your shipment when it arrives, please notify us of your intent to return it within one week of receipt. Please tell us your reasons for returning the item, as your feedback is important to us. If you want to exchange the item for another, please let us know at this time.
Once you have given us notification by phone or email and received authorization from us, you may return any item for cash refund or credit within 30 days of purchase.

Include your contact information and order number with your carefully-packaged item. You are responsible for prepaying the shipping. We don't accept packages that are sent C.O.D. or marked bill "recipient" via Federal Express, and we will not be able to give credit for items that are returned in damaged condition. We recommend that you insure your package because you are responsible for the condition of your returned item.
If your return is due to an error we have made on your order, we will refund your return surface shipping or arrange for a UPS pick-up at your address.
